Kitchen of the Week.....Pear Trees, Whitesmith
Pear Trees is home to the Kitchen of this week. A charming and picturesque Grade II listed cottage believed to date back to the 16th century recently fitted with a beautiful new bespoke kitchen. It features Mandarin heated stone flooring and an amazing Aga that really makes the whole room feel cosy; which also continues throughout the entire cottage. It has a unique combination of duck egg cabinets and burgundy appliances which add to the undeniable character and charm of the cottage. The kitchen leads to a downstairs toilet and shower which has been recently renovated and again has underfloor heating as well as to a triple aspect dining room creating ease when entertaining guests or hosting family dinners. There is also access to the side of the property and the garden through a side door, giving easy access to mucky pups and kids coming in and out of the garden or an area for Alfresco dining in the summer months.
